High Season: June thru August $2,800 per week,Weekly Rentals Only.
Mid Season:  April, May and September thru Nov  $1,900 per week
Low Season:  December thru March $1,300 per week
Weekends:    Non Holiday weekends are available Sep. thru April $650 per weekend
Thanksgiving and Christmas $2,000.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday; All rentals require $125 cleaning fee
